What: Southbound right lane of Route 65 closed over I-44 in northeast Springfield for bridge repairs. Southbound left lane will remain open.
When: 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12
Traffic Impacts: Drivers are urged to seek an alternate route due to expected congestion on southbound Route 65 at I-44. The work must be done during daytime hours because warmer daytime temperatures are needed to help the concrete patches cure more quickly.
Weather and/or construction scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
