Watch for flashing red signal, lane closures tomorrow at Campbell Avenue and Grand Street

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

As part of the Campbell Avenue and Grand Street intersection improvement project, Ewing Signal Construction LLC, under contract with the City of Springfield, will install new signal poles beginning at 9 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 20. Work is anticipated to be complete by mid-afternoon, weather permitting.

This work will require the signal to be in red flashing operation and various lane closures at various times. Signage will be in place to notify motorists of the lane closures and to route traffic through the construction zone.

Motorists should use caution while driving through this work zone.
